Graeme graduated from Brunel University London in 2002 with BA-hons (Music) and now works as both a technical specialist and technical manager for Digital Arts for the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences. For over 15 years Graeme has provided technical demonstration and support for Digital Performance in Theatre and Sonic Arts in Music as well as day-to-day support for staff and students in the Arts and Humanities. He is an Apple Certified Professional for Logic Pro X and achieved Associate Fellowship to the Higher Education Academy in 2019. Most recently Graeme was invited to meet staff and students at Tokyo University of the Arts to talk about his interest and on-going research into creating contemporary performance using gesture-controlled sound, Graeme’s latest work ‘Made of Night’ was premiered on May 27th 2023, Antonin Artaud theatre, a link to this work together with Graeme’s submission to the National Technician Development Centre’s Virtual Technician Exhibition – a project to inspire the next generation of Technicians in Higher Education, can be found here. Graeme is based in West London where he lives with his wife and two young children.
